A major restaurant refurbishment and fit-out, transforming an existing unit into a distinctive Maki & Ramen venue within a live shopping centre.
Involved from the design stage, Rise coordinated bespoke joinery, specialist finishes, signage, planting and technical services to turn the concept into a buildable, operational restaurant.

A bold, brand-led dessert restaurant fit-out combining high-impact design with the demands of a live shopping centre environment.
Rise managed the full strip-out and rebuild through to handover, coordinating building services, specialist finishes, bespoke seating and front-of-house features, including the venue’s striking LED ceiling.
